Your first visit:
Before beginning the program, patients will need to undergo a consultation to determine if they are a candidate. There is no cost to the consultation if the patient is not a candidate, or wishes not to pursue one of our weight loss programs.
Your first visit will be a little longer as we will get a full medical history, exam, take measurements, vital signs, and weigh-in. If you are prescribed medication for home administration, this will require a once a month follow up via telehealth, or in person. Please bring a list of current medications and insurance cards to first visit.
